How does the check-in work?
Check-in time: After 15:00
Check-out time: Before 11:00
The keys will wait for you in a self check-in box on the building entrance. You will receive the combination to the box a few days before your visit
How does the booking work?
Once you fill in the booking form or contact us through the different channels, we will reach out to you with payment options.
After we receive the full payment of your stay we will send you a confirmation and the full details of your stay.
Is the booking refundable?
At this time we do not offer a refund option. Once you sent the money we are not able to return it to you.
Do you have a crib for children?
No. We do not have a crib for children in the apartment.
Are pets allowed?
No. At the moment pets are not allowed in the apartment.

During winter season:

How far is the gondola from the apartment?
The apartment is located 2 kilometers from the gondola, which are 25 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car
How to get to the Gondola?
By car - Continue until the end of the street "Tsar Simeon", then turn right to "Nayden Gerov" street and continue until you reach the gondola.
On foot - Our favorite route is walking on "Tsar Simeon" street until we reach the park, then turn left and walk through the pedestrian streets.
Is there a place to rent ski equipment or order ski lessons
Yes. There are plenty of rental shops and ski schools around downtown and near the gondola

The apartment is newly renovated, with a design that is both esthetic and practical

Yes. There is a free public parking in front of the residence complex
I do not have a car, how do I get to Bansko?

The easiest way to get from Sofia Airport to Bansko is by car. During season time there is a transfer service offering a shared shuttle for a cheaper rates than private drivers, on off season times, they offer semi private, or private cars. You can book it here.
You can also get to Sofia city center and from there to Bansko with public transportation, it would be the cheapest way, but also will take more time.
Where can I get the basics in Bansko?
Supermarket - There is a "Supermarket Grosh" 10 minutes walk from the apartment, or "Billa" 20 minutes away. Billa is open year-round.
Beer - Enjoy the best craft beer you can find in the area at Pivoteka Craft Beer Mountain Base. Open year-round.
Food - Plenty of restaurants to find around town. Our favorite is George & Mary Family Restaurant
